I was buying my first Mercedes after driving an Altima for the last 15 years and Ash Botello made it super easy. She was up front about what to expect price wise and there were no surprises. From the moment she took us out for a test drive to taking care of us (my wife and I) while we wait for our new Mercedes to be prepped, she showed herself to be knowledgeable and friendly. I had a great experience at Walters, Mercedes Benz of Riverside. I initially spoke with Raul Ayala of Internet sales, he was extremely helpful, and even sent a video of the car that he took himself.
