Walter's Mercedes has always gone above and beyond with customer service. Everybody I have ever encountered there is extremely professional. We have been a customer of Walter's Mercedes since 2003 when we bought our first Mercedes ML 350 and it is still running until now. They have excellent customer service then so we bought our 2nd Mercedes when we bought our first Mercedes ML 350 and it is still running until now. They have excellent customer service then so we bought our 2nd Mercedes 2017 GLE from them and still have good customer service, not only sales department but especially service department. Our service advisor Ross Geiger explained very well to us what maintenance service needs to be done. He is knowledgeable, knows what he is talking about. He is professional and courteous. Our car was ready on time and clean as promised. Excellent customer service. If I buy another Mercedes ( if they have a hybrid ) I will get it at Walters Mercedes. I can't remember all the names, but the service department receptionist who scheduled my appointment was accommodating, professional and courteous. More
