They do not value loyal customers. I recently visited Walter’s Mercedes Benz Riverside to trade in my lease and upgrade to a new vehicle; I worked with VIP Loyalty Manager, Stephen Gar I recently visited Walter’s Mercedes Benz Riverside to trade in my lease and upgrade to a new vehicle; I worked with VIP Loyalty Manager, Stephen Garlatta, while negotiating a new deal, I was offered a very low value on my vehicle so I decided this would not be a smart deal and told Stephen that I would rather buyout & sell my vehicle elsewhere, to which he replied that his offer was better as he would be able to incentivize my offer due to loyalty as this would be my third vehicle from Walter’s Mercedes. To my surprise, two weeks later, I received a letter stating I owe $7k on additional fees on my lease as I was only given an $800 loyalty credit. Needless to say, I am highly disappointed in placing my trust in Stephen Garlatta, I would not recommend Stephen as an ethical sales person and will never again deal with Walter’s Mercedes after having been a loyal customer since 2018. More
