I saw the car I needed on Walter's website. Was hesitant to drive 60 miles to Irvine from Los Angeles. I wasn't sure if the photos were true. I communicated with Dan Gressman via email. I requested that he take cell phone pictures of the actual car on the lot and send them to me. Dan was amazing! He created a live video of the inside and outside of the car explaining all the features! He did a fabulous job! When I got to the dealership and saw the car, I already felt familiar with it. Dan was pleasant, patient, professional and knowledgeable. He made the sale easy and painless. He went above and beyond with my requests and delivered the car to my home in beautiful condition! I would definitely work with Dan again! Thank you! More

I wanted to purchase a sprinter and picked walters riverside to work with, Simon Green helped me with the process. I never sat inside a sprinter before and Simon showed me all the features of the Van riverside to work with, Simon Green helped me with the process. I never sat inside a sprinter before and Simon showed me all the features of the Van and made sure I understood all the functions. We made the deal happen and I’m very happy! Thanks to Adam Garcia every time I come in he handles my problems in a very timely manner. I work out of my sprinter so that is important to me. He is efficient.
