I travel three hours to go to Walters Mercedes van service because they are a million times better than the local San Diego service center. You can get an appointment within a few days rather than mon service because they are a million times better than the local San Diego service center. You can get an appointment within a few days rather than months ahead. My only gripe on my last visit is even though I left my van for three days they didn’t have time to look into the issue that I had been having with the van. They performed the service but not the intermittent problem that I’d been having. More

Simon Green was extremely helpful with the purchase of our Metris Van and was always available to answer my questions. I have been absolutely satisfied with everything about this dealership!!! From the friendly helpful and extremely understanding people!!! From the date of purchase and every single time I have to go get this dealership!!! From the friendly helpful and extremely understanding people!!! From the date of purchase and every single time I have to go get my car serviced absolutely amazing!!! I work for myself and my metris van is my main transportation so they absolutely no I needed to keep it cost-effective regarding the purchase and as well as every single time I take it to the service department I can’t say enough!!! Brennan Ruiz in the service department has been my go to ROCKSTAR every single time I’ve had my car serviced and I’ve had it serviced four times. He tells me exactly what I need. He tells me exact time so I can get me back on the road to my main concern my job. Can’t ask for anybody better and I think him very much every single time I see him I never purchased before from Walters until this van purchased but there after many friends have at their Porsche dealership in Riverside and their Porsche dealership in Ontario, many friends and family have because of all the kind words I have shared with them.
