Like all people, I have a healthy skepticism towards car dealers. While searching around for a used vehicle, I encountered many shady characters, but when I arrived at Walt Sweeney Ford, I could immediately dealers. I bought a 2006 Hyundai Elantra from Patrick Berry. He was very honest and personable. Throughout the process, he was prompt about returning emails, and accommodating my requests (CarFax given upon request, offered to let me take car to my own mechanic for inspection, stayed long after closing time to help). His manager, Keith, was also extremely helpful. The real test, of course, comes after you take the car. I discovered that the CD player in my car wasn't working. They immediately offered to replace it at no charge at my earliest convenience. (Got it fixed yesterday!) When I took the car to have it checked out by my mechanic, he said that everything about the car matched what the dealers had told me. No surprises, and no concealed problems. Negotiating the price was straightforward without any stall techniques or hidden fees. I believe I got a good deal on the car, and I've been very happy with it. Customer service was exceptional. I will definitely go there again in the future, and recommend it to anyone who wants straight-up service, no tricks, and honesty. More

Our visit to Walt Sweeny Ford was definitely a positive one. Bob, our salesman, was a blast to work with. We brought in 2 cars for trade-in on a new ford.
