This was a joke . We had came up there and picked out a car . The sales man (bob) was working on a price for us. He called my husband and ask him about a monthly payment . Bob had told my husband a price a car . The sales man (bob) was working on a price for us. He called my husband and ask him about a monthly payment . Bob had told my husband a price and my husband ,said just have the car all clean up and I will be there tomorrow to see the car and let you know . Bob even said he would call my husband ,No call came . So Ed my husband , said I will go up after work , when he gets there they ,,,,bob and the manger had sold the car . The very car we was suppose to have .bob never call us back to tell us . We found out when we went up there. Him and the manger MARK ,,admitted that it was their fault. Right to our face .So now they offer us a car without some of the fetchers on it . I had my heart set on that car they sold. We bought the lesser car , was promise a boat load of stuff. Like free gas , free oil, free floor mates ,which it s been two weeks and I still don't have them. I keep having to call up there .so after the sale of this second car , the numbers didn't match up , they clearly charge us twice on a fee. My husband took the paper work up and talked to this manger , Mark. And never got anywhere . This guy is very shady . When we got a call from Customer service , my husband requested a call from one of the Sweeney s , who we have not heard from yet. It was a awful experience . Unless they make things right with us like a Good Business would do, we will always tell other people , about the bad , dishonest experience that we had . We would never go back there , and we are not done yet . We will keep trying to get this made right . It was about 900 hundred that we got cheated out of . We will keep persuading this . I highly recommend this dealership for you car sales needs. I especially appreciated that they showed such high respect for women and never talked condescendingly to me. When we were ready to make the deal, the management had enough confidence in Mike, that they let him close the deal without benefit of a CLOSER. (We personally find that sales approach offensive and have left many a dealership because of it!) i had an excellent experience here. i got the car i wanted for the price i wanted with the financing i wanted. i think it helps a lot to do your homework ahead of time as anyone who doesn't is not goi wanted for the price i wanted with the financing i wanted. i think it helps a lot to do your homework ahead of time as anyone who doesn't is not going to have a good experience at a dealership (or with car buying in general). the staff was professional and friendly without being overbearing, and everyone i worked with was knowledgeable and helpful. although car buying can be stressful, my experience with walt sweeney was great. I went to Sweeney Ford to look for a reasonably priced car that would get good gas mileage and I drove away that very day with a new 2013 Ford Fiesta. Everybody was easy to work with and there was very little pressure put on by the sales staff. They were willing to work on the financing and provide several options. We were looking for something to replace our minivan. I'm rather tall & thought we would have to buy an expensive crossover or suv for my legs to be comfortable. Mary listened to our needs and I was surpris rather tall & thought we would have to buy an expensive crossover or suv for my legs to be comfortable. Mary listened to our needs and I was surprised at first when she had me sit in a new Fusion. She raised the seat, we went on the test drive and I was in love with the car! It was a great ride! I got comfortable seats, plenty of room and a lot of extras and was well within budget. I can't wait for my long trip! Mary really listened to what I wanted and really cared about getting me the right car. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a new car. More

Andrew for being a newer member of the sales team acted as if he has been doing this for years. He was very professional and really understood what I was looking for, WAS NOT PUSHY AT ALL.
