I enjoyed my experience at Walt Sweeney Ford. The sales staff was very helpful and informative and made the buying experience much easier. I also appreciated the ease of the financing and figuring out warr staff was very helpful and informative and made the buying experience much easier. My initial visit to Walt Sweeney was to just look and compare to what other dealerships had to offer.Mr. Mcmahon was kind and courteous right from the start as i explained i was just looking he replied"o compare to what other dealerships had to offer.Mr. Mcmahon was kind and courteous right from the start as i explained i was just looking he replied"ok,just let me know if i can help".My wife and i did ask a few questions before leaving that evening.The next day we looked at other dealerships with some being 30 miles away.We returned to Walt Sweeney the following Saturday because of the initial way we were greeted and then "left alone".Mr. Mcmahon truly made the experience wonderful and we will remember him for his professionalism.The rest of the team there was very supportive in the completion of our purchase. This dealership did nothing by give me the run around when trying to purchase a vehicle. After leaving the dealership not happy with the price they were giving me, they continued to call quoting the exac when trying to purchase a vehicle. After leaving the dealership not happy with the price they were giving me, they continued to call quoting the exact same monthy payment as when I was in there. Then, they finally called with the monthly payment I needed and said that I would be happy. I called several times before making the half hour drive to the dealership to make sure the amount was correct and nothing else, and it was confirmed. But once at the dealership, I was approached with a confused response to the number as if I had made it up and was being ridiculous. It came to the point that I had to have them listen to the voicemail from the manager with the number. Since he was not there that day, they had to call him and find out what was going on. The communication at this dealership is awful, as well. The manager apologized over the phone but I was still out of the time, gas, and stress of going back to the dealership all for a deal they were not going to follow up on. In no way was their number honored or was I componsated in any way. I do NOT recommend you purchase a car from someone so dishonest and unprofessional. More

I purchased the 2008 Fusion so that I could sell my 2004 Saturn to my nephew after his car was unable to be repaired. We had first looked for a used car for him, however used car prices are very high and h Saturn to my nephew after his car was unable to be repaired. We had first looked for a used car for him, however used car prices are very high and he is in college and does not have much money. Since this purchase was not planned for I did not spend alot of time looking for a car. I did research with consumer reports and had narrowed down my choices to a Ford Fusion or Focus, a Honda Civic or a Toyota Camry. I chose Walt Sweeney as it is close to my house and would be convenient for service. I met Phil Seymour originally when I was looking with my nephew and I liked him. Ultimately I purchased the 2008 Fusion as it was the only real choice I had for a used car, it still had some warranty on it and it was in good condition. Later I wish I would have considered looking at a new car and compared the financing, at the time I didn't think I could afford a new car and did not ask. So far I like the car fine and hope it lasts as long as my Saturn did. More
