Recall service on Grand Cherokee/ Purchased new Dodge Ram After completing the required recall service adhead of schedule. I remarked casually to my wife about looking at trucks. Becky Brown mentioned there was a great selection and they were just around the corner of the building. Cory met us and introduced us to Jarred. Jarred worked diligently with us on a truck selection. Jarred was extremely knowledgeable about the product like. Donnie, Jarred, my wife and I worked out a very good deal and Chuck worked to get us very favorable financing. All in all a very pleasant SUV service and truck purchasing experience. More

The service department was very easy to deal with. I left my truck to have my lights fixed. They had a rental ready for me to use to get to work and I was able to pick my truck back up after work witho I left my truck to have my lights fixed. Clint the technician that performed the repairs went above and beyond the call of duty to personally explain to me my options concerning critical repairs. Without his advice I would have taken a wrong path in repairing and upgrading my vehicle. As a team they clearly exceeded my expectations.
