I recently had a leak in the back of my Ram 1500 (damage to a light fixture caused by a car wash), and Walt Massey not only repaired th expectation. I recently had a leak in the back of my Ram 1500 (damage to a light fixture caused by a car wash), and Walt Massey not only repaired the damage but also unexpectedly fully detailed my truck to like new perfection. They also provided a loaner car to me, which I very much enjoyed driving. That's just an example of always going beyond the expectation. Of more importance is trust.
