Jeep Purchase Salesman: Both Bryan and Dominick (and assistants) were easy to work with, I felt no pressure at all to purchase a vehicle. Our needs were met with a Salesman: Both Bryan and Dominick (and assistants) were easy to work with, I felt no pressure at all to purchase a vehicle. Our needs were met with a quick, friendly response. Service Department: Excellent. Reasons I gave a 4 star: 1st) Prior to going to the dealership I was told via text that they could do an even wheel swap which was great. However, a couple of days after the purchase of the vehicle and wheels were ordered we were told that there would be a $100.00 service fee for labor to swap and balance the wheels. Of course, we wanted the wheels but the $100.00 service fee should have been disclosed prior to the purchase and not afterwards. We received a sincere apology however we paid the $100.00. We love the wheels! 2nd) the Finance Department: although they worked together with sales to make the deal happen I felt that going over the paperwork was hurried through and they weren’t very friendly. Overall I would not hesitate to go back to purchase another vehicle from Walt Massey. More

Clint the technician that performed the repairs went above and beyond the call of duty to personally explain to me my options concerning critical repairs. Without his advice I would have taken a wrong path in repairing and upgrading my vehicle. As a team they clearly exceeded my expectations. Ryan, Becky’s partner also greatly asdisted me with his mechanicsl advice based on his long years of experience as a Chrysler technician! I can’t praise these profesdinals enough! More

His passion and excitement for the Jeep brand is evident. I bought a 2018 Jeep Renegade and it could have been a bit overwhelming learning all the features of this car. However, Jimmy explained everything so well, feature by feature, and I am thoroughly enjoying driving my car every day! Chuck Domingues, Finance Manager worked tirelessly to get me the best interest rate so that my car payment would be reasonable. And, for someone who needed to rebuild credit, he helped me on the path to raising my credit score by helping me with finding the best financing. And, Donnie Miller, the manager was kind and encouraging through the entire process. I feel as though I have made new friends along with finding a great car dealership.
