400 Mile Round Trip....worth every single millimeter! (Purchased a 2019 Dodge Charger 392 Scat Pack, Lengthy Review 483 words) I have been researching a new car for about 6 or 7 months. Then I decided (Purchased a 2019 Dodge Charger 392 Scat Pack, Lengthy Review 483 words) I have been researching a new car for about 6 or 7 months. Then I decided to start shopping for one. I live in Baton Rouge. I went to about 12 dealerships here, and when i was on a weekend stay in Texas, I went to 5 dealerships in the Houston area. Only 1 had a V8 model, but not in my color (B5 Blue). In Baton Rouge, there were a few V8 models, again, none in my color. Found one on AutoTrade. In the EXACT color I wanted, with each and every package/option I wanted, It was THE CAR I would have spec'd and built. I went to New Orleans (Premier Dodge), They had ONE V8 Charger, which came from a dealership in Baton Rouge (address at bottom of window sticker). While there, I was telling the sales guy that I would need to order my car, because they do not have one on the lot. While doing so, I showed them the Charger on AutoTrader that was located Walt Massey. The car they were going to build for me was IDENTICAL to the one online, but was $6000 more, and would take 6 to 8 weeks to get built and delivered. THEN...as I was on the phone with Cory Herrington.,,,I told him the situation, and asked about details on the Charger he had. He knew I was serious, as I said I was at a dealership in New Orleans. He figured up some numbers, and gave me a xxxx of a deal. The internet price was already $2k lower than the "Ordered" Charger from NOLA. He lowered it some from there, making it a deal I could NOT pass... So...the New Orleans "Premier" dealership dropped the cost $1,000 and was gonna go get the car from Walt Massey. This was still over $6,000 if I just drove and got it myself....As I was on the phone, listening to Mr. Herrington explain things...I rudely interrupted him...and said "Get it washed, and ready, I am on my way to get it"... And I did. Best decision I could have made. Katie Trolson was GREAT. Between her and Cory Herrington, they made purchasing a new vehicle SOOOOOO smooth and easy. By FAR the easiest and most pleasant experience I have ever had. Mr. Chuck Domingues was no slouch either. He is the easiest Finance person to work with, in my opinion. These 3 are a work force to have on your side! I cant thank them enough! Katie for the sale... Cory for the info & details... Chuck for the finalization... My future vehicles WILL come from Walt Massey because of them. Hopefully those 3 people again! Thanks again Katie, Cory, and Chuck! We love the Charger Scat Pack 392! See you soon! More

The experience was pleasant; the Walt Massey team was professional, knowledgeable, and most of all extremely respectful. Clayton Boydston and Cory Herrington were my sales team and they were knowledgeable, professional, and very respectful. I bought 2 jeeps from this duo because they were easy to work with and they went above and beyond to earn my business. Walt Massey is fortunate to have a finance guru like Chuck Domingues, he handled the financing on both of my purchases last week and made the deals work for me. The entire team did an excellent job and had a customer service attitude! They stayed til we finished the deal even though it was 9:30pm, they never complained, they worked like it was 9:30 A.M. More
