Tera and the great people of Walt massey would not allow me to take the car home until they replaced the tire.I got a loaner and was able.to pick my car up the next day! I decided after reading Dealer Rater that Cory Herrington was the salesman that would best serve my needs. Cory went above and beyond from start to finish he described everything to me on the truck good and bad as honestly as possible after his evaluation I drove a little over 2hrs from “Car City” Pensacola, FL. The truck was better than described after a short test drive I knew it was meant to be. I was in and out start to finish in about an hour. Thanks again Cory for such a positive experience!!!!
