Walt Massey Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM Lucedale

This dealer promised to have Running Boards installed and a Bed Liner Sprayed on my new Dodge RAM 1500. The running boards are great. However, the sprayed in bed liner doesn't perform as necessary. Cargo in the bed slides around/shifts as you drive. This can be dangerous based on what is in the bed. I brought this to the attention of the sales manager (i.e., Cody Smith). He indicated he has had hundreds of liners sprayed in without a problem. I demonstrated the difference between the factory sprayed in liner and his. Products didn't slide in the factory sprayed liner. I asked him to have this bed resprayed with the correct liner material. He indicated he only knew of one place to have it sprayed and asked if I knew another one in the area. I said I didn't know of one. I also stated I would even accept a rubber bed pad be provided vice having the bed liner resprayed as this would be a less expensive solution. He indicated he would check into this for me. It has been weeks without any word. This makes me feel like this dealership is nothing but bad politicians [promise the world and deliver nothing!] I will not purchase another thing from this dealership anytime in the future. More
