I was a bit skeptical about buying a car from out of state ( I live in CO).However after talking to SM Thomas, I felt much easy.The process was simple and fast. I received my truck as promised. There wa state ( I live in CO).However after talking to SM Thomas, I felt much easy.The process was simple and fast. I received my truck as promised. There was a small issue with the rear parking sensor which I told Thomas, who took my issue serious and is taking care of it. I would definitely recommend this dealership and would buy a vehicle from them again. Five Stars in my opinion. More

The customer service is crap. No communication. Call the dealership to get update on my truck got the runaround and definite answers. Felt like a bad relationship. It was a nightm No communication. Call the dealership to get update on my truck got the runaround and definite answers. Felt like a bad relationship. It was a nightmare! The service was crap! Bought what was supposed to be the best extended warranty and got told it didn’t cover what was wrong with my truck! Went to pick my truck up and no one talked to me about it. Got to my truck and it would not start! Was told it had to be jumped off at the body shop. Had to jump it off at the dealership. Was told my battery wasn’t any good and I would have to purchase a new one. I refused to buy one and ask to talk to Brandon Walker and was told no need to get him involved. They put a battery in my truck and I left the dealership! NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER TO SAY THE LEAST! HAVE NO INTENTIONS TO EVER SET FOOT ON WALT MASSEY PROPERTY AGAIN! So much for buying from a home town company! More
