This is the third time my car has been in for recalls. Each time the work went fine. However the last two times I have been there additional work was done to my car without my permission. The second time Each time the work went fine. However the last two times I have been there additional work was done to my car without my permission. The second time it was there a cabin air filter was put in without notifying me. I made them take it out and put the old one back in. During my most recent visit all of my wiper blades were changed and they wanted me pay $106 for them. I did not pay them. One of the employees said that I talked to them and gave the ok. That was a lie. My phone is with Verizon and it was out of service all day. The next time I need serve for any of my 4 Jeeps I will go to another dealership. More
