I am the single mother of two Autistic boys; am a commuter; work double full-time as a college, English instructor; and have no family or friends in the area that I work and drive, which is why this experience was not only so very positive for me, but David Davis, Shemuel McCraney, and Danny Moorman really did go above and beyond to get me into a new vehicle with a solid warranty. Sold product that was known to be defective Bought a 2108 Silverado that ‘the dealership” installed large tires and rims on. Salesman said it rubbed when turning. When I looked at it, it appeare Bought a 2108 Silverado that ‘the dealership” installed large tires and rims on. Salesman said it rubbed when turning. When I looked at it, it appeared to rub the inside wheel well. No problem I said that’s an easy fix. After I fixed that, it still rubbed. So I jacked it up and looked underneath. The oversized tires rubbed the sway arms. Not good!! Of course, even though the truck is still under warranty, I bought it “as is”...So service doesn’t matter. Not a good way to treat paying customers. More
