Second service visit since purchasing New 2017 Equinox Serviced vehicle as stated service to be done. Very professional and courteous employees. I do not have to drive 50 miles for service because Walt Massey 2 miles from home so I deal with them as they give good service and prices competitive with out of town dealers. I caught them on the first day of moving into new building Positive: -The staff was courteous and very laidback while we looked at the vehicles. -fair pricing Negative (caught them on move-in day Positive: -The staff was courteous and very laidback while we looked at the vehicles. -fair pricing Negative (caught them on move-in day which is chaotic) -they don’t go over the vehicles thoroughly. Found metal in one outlet by shocking myself and my wife. Dealership was unaware the engine was extremely low on engine coolant. -had to work so with bank to complete the loan. Dealership never sent complete loan paperwork to credit union. Took almost a month to cleanup. More

Pleasant buying experience. Purchase was started via online chat before the dealer opened. I received a response from the dealer about 10 minutes after they opened stating I woul Purchase was started via online chat before the dealer opened. I received a response from the dealer about 10 minutes after they opened stating I would be contacted by a sales consultant. Soon after, I received a call from Brian Wittmayer and set an appointment to look at the Buick Encore. Brian was very professional and courteous. After some negotiation, we agreed on a price, and picked up the car the next day. At delivery, Brian was very patient in explaining the new technology and took the time to initiate the OnStar service along with us and encouraged us to call him if we had any questions. I had an opportunity a couple of days later to visit the service department to have splash guards installed and was promptly greeted. The installation was completed quicker than I expected. Thus far, I have been well pleased with Walt Massey and would not hesitate to recommend. More

HE WAS MY BEST FRIEND IN 90 SECONDS. HE MADE ME KNOW IN A MOMENT THAT HE WAS THERE TO HELP ME AND IF HE COULDN'T, HE CERTAINLY WOULDN'T WASTE MY TIME. HE'S VERY MUCH ON TOP OF HIS GAME.
