Non existent Customer Service I scheduled an appointment and upon arrival was told they could not complete the repair because they did not have the part. If they did not have the part, why did they schedul and upon arrival was told they could not complete the repair because they did not have the part. I was extremely pleased with the salesmanship style of Jamaal Berry. He was personable and knowledgeable. He was able to negotiate the deal I needed in a very ‘non-pushy’ way. I recently came by to see about purchasing a Honda Pilot the salesman was very nice we test drove a pilot and when inside to do the numbers. I asked for his best price and explained that I was in no hurry a the salesman was very nice we test drove a pilot and when inside to do the numbers. I asked for his best price and explained that I was in no hurry and would be shopping around with other dealers. One of the sales managers came out with the price. I was so shocked the price 9000 more than window sticker. It had all these add on and extra 3000 warranty. I thank them for their time and left. The sales person texted a hour and asked what I thought. I told him I had already had a price 6000 cheaper. He asked if the included extra warranty and the extra that was not on the sticker I replied no. He texted me another price with most of add on and extra warranty removed. Still higher than than price that I had from other dealer by 3000. Salesman asked if I could by his sales manager would like to see it. I said sure I got some extra time stopped by met Salesman sit at his desk he took the paper that the other dealer gave me to his manager. After waiting thirty minutes the Salesman came over and they couldn't meet that offer and scene the dealers name was removed from top the manager was unsure it was real. I removed it because I didn't want to chance someone would mess up my deal. I felt I was nice to drop at least manager could have took time to talk with me. I purchased a pilot with sticker price of 2000 more than Walsh sticker price for 3000 less than there best price. From my experience they don't like to take the time counter offer from other dealers. It seem like they couldn't sale that extra warranty they didn't want to sale me a car. I would have loved to buy from them just because there service manager William .He was also nice and knowledgeable when we would have old Honda serviced. My new Honda will be serviced somewhere else. And I only live six miles from dealership. If they would have given me a price and then give me a option for all the extra warranty and add on . I believe I would let them do my service even if I bought somewhere else. More

Update on my longstanding appreciation of Walsh Honda, Macon, GA: Recently Mr. William Sawyer, Manager of the Service Department at Walsh, extended himself VERY graciously to help me in an emergency Macon, GA: Recently Mr. William Sawyer, Manager of the Service Department at Walsh, extended himself VERY graciously to help me in an emergency situation. It totally disrupted his day, I am quite sure, but he ended the emergency, resolved the very puzzling problem, and represented exceptionally well not only Walsh Honda but what I have come to view as their attitude and ethic. (Meanwhile a nice bonus for me: as we chatted I got the heartwarming sense of his decades of genuine fondness and respect for this Macon business and for the values of the man at its helm.) More

I am pretty sure that no one wants to spend money to get their vehicl experience about Walsh Honda service department particular about Dewayne Owens. I am pretty sure that no one wants to spend money to get their vehicles repaired but if and when that time comes go to Walsh Honda. From start to finish Walsh service department kept me informed on a daily basis letting me know and keeping me up to date the progress. The service was outstanding. The attitude of the service department was excellent and I am a very happy and satisfied customer. I hope not to need any other services done to my car. However if that time may come I will definitely take it to Walsh Honda. Those guys gave me class A treatment. Thank you. More
