I had to wait at least 10 minutes before someone came to assist me. My vehicle was the only vehicle to in the entrance for service. Once the 10,000 mile service was complete, the service rep went to assist assist me. My vehicle was the only vehicle to in the entrance for service. When I asked for a printout of the work done, he said it would take a little time or he could mail it to me. He never sent anything. This also happened when our other vehicle was serviced at Walser.
