I dropped off my 2012 Prius C for oil change, tire rotation… and regular 90,000 maintenance as scheduled. Mechanic did a good and clean job. We could not get a response from representative for a ride back to dealership. We received voicemail at 9:52 saying car is ready and to call or text for a ride back. The service took a long time, but someone did come to my car to find out why I wasn't able to set up my gps, etc, through bluetooth.
