I made an appointment on line for 5,000 mile service and stated that the drivers door edge guard needed to be replaced. When I arrived for the appointment, the coordinator indicated that the door guards we stated that the drivers door edge guard needed to be replaced. When I arrived for the appointment, the coordinator indicated that the door guards were in stock but couldn’t be found and I needed to make a second appointment to come back for that. It would have been better to be told that before I arrived so I could make one appointment to do everything at once particularly because installing a new door edge guard is simple. More

I feel like they do a good job and are very trustworthy here, but even with making an appointment, an oil change and tire rotation took 1 hour and 40 minutes. They said they were swamped.
