Your service department botched my repair appointment badly. Made an appointment and didn’t order the part. When I came in fo appointment service person immediately went to manager and discussed my appoi badly. Made an appointment and didn’t order the part. Instead of telling me that they didn’t order the radiator they sent me home and I had to hear that they hadn’t ordered the part at the end of the night. Had to drive back down to retrieve my car. Called back the next day & left message canceling order of part and appointment. Still got messages from service department the next week saying part was in. Left message AGAIN canceling part & appointment. Then got another call the day of/after my twice cancelled appointment asking me to come in/reschedule. It was a "xxxx show" getting my vehicle taken care of. It was supposed to be done in 1 day and it was in the ship for 4 days.
