Poor communication and customer service. When I called to schedule I said I wanted to place a mud flap when I arrived it took an hour to write up and no mud flap ordered. It took 50 minutes When I called to schedule I said I wanted to place a mud flap when I arrived it took an hour to write up and no mud flap ordered. It took 50 minutes to write up. Found out they only did oil change and was told they can’t place a mud flap because of the running board. I was told they can only place the back but not the front one. But no one called and gave me a choice whether I would like to place it or not. Such a waste of time. More
We have been satisfied with this dealer for many years. However the last time we went back, we were told that our engine had significant problems and that we would need to replace it for over $8,000. The d However the last time we went back, we were told that our engine had significant problems and that we would need to replace it for over $8,000. The details on the damage have been vague considering the great cost of fixing it, and despite being warned that we may be burning oil in our engine, after a month our engine oil levels are not decreasing (they warned us that it could be significantly depleted after only 2 weeks). We did bring our car back for other repairs, but they put our car through the car wash and our car-rack wind deflector cracked off. My husband did not ask for a replacement but I would have appreciated it since in the past workers always told us that they couldn't put the car through the car wash because it might damage the rack (and that was fine with me). So our last couple times there have not felt great. More
I made an appointment via their automated phone line for 1:10 pm, sort of a strange time, like every 10 minutes is important. Didn't get out until after 5pm, Evidently time is not so important. By the time I got an estimate for repairs I decided to take my car to my old mechanic instead. So that time did not even include actually repairing anything on the car. More
