I had the worst service experience on Friday 09/20/24 as I waited too long in order to finish maintenance and process my payment and even I showed my coupon to apply it but they never did and I couldn’t fin I waited too long in order to finish maintenance and process my payment and even I showed my coupon to apply it but they never did and I couldn’t find my car after the service is done as they parked it inside while the guy that helped me said my car parked outside! I don’t want to do maintenance at walser again! More
Walser Toyota installed a new bumper part which housed the sensors on my 2022 Tundra in November of 2023. Within 1 month the sensors fell out? I brought the vehicle to Lake Country Toyota (which is a Wa the sensors on my 2022 Tundra in November of 2023. Within 1 month the sensors fell out? I brought the vehicle to Lake Country Toyota (which is a Walser store) and showed them the sensors. They said even though they were both Walser stores, they didn't want to fix Walser Bloomington mistakes. I then brought my Tundra to the Walser Bloomington dealership they had it for 9 days. I asked them to do an oil change, fix the rear sensors in the bumper, change the air filters, replace the tires and I set up with Walser body shop to get the windshield repaired or replaced. They called me several days later and refused to fix the sensors? It was their mistake? One of the service managers was very rude and cursed at me. I was in Italy on a family vacation at the time. I had to hang up on him because I clearly wasn't going to get anywhere with him. He then called me back, still arguing and very rude to me. He said" we will get things wrapped up for you and leave the vehicle in the lot for you. When I returned to pick up the vehicle I expected that things would have been done. I noticed that their wasn't an oil change sticker in the windshield and the engine sounded different, the windshield wasn't fixed and there was not new tires on the truck. I then brought the vehicle to Lake Country Toyota. They told me that the air filter was not installed and the cover for the air filter was not on? They also mentioned that the bolts to remove the bumper cover were not put back on. I went several hundred miles without an air filter. To say it was a disappointment would be an understatement! Not only did the service manager curse at me, they didn't do any of the work and may have damaged my motor. More

I'm confused by what I heard on the video in regard to the inspection of the tires, brakes, and other items on the vehicle. I was told that being that the car is 9 years old I should start thinking about the inspection of the tires, brakes, and other items on the vehicle. I was told that being that the car is 9 years old I should start thinking about replacing the spark plugs. This is why I'm confused as I had the plugs replaced at Walser in November 2021 when the car had 62450 miles on it. I'm thinking that the tech should have known this or had access to my records for this info. Other than that, the service visit was fine. Loved the new facility, very comfortable! Service advisor Marc Potter kept me informed and explained everything very clearly to me. More
