Basically, our experience this visit was excellent, EXCEPT, although we had had our Rav4 serviced for 16 years only at this dealership, and most recently 5 months ago, all of sudden we are told that th EXCEPT, although we had had our Rav4 serviced for 16 years only at this dealership, and most recently 5 months ago, all of sudden we are told that they won't even put it on the lift to rotate tires because the rust is so bad. Where were they all these years in reporting the rust to us? More

Everything was great EXCEPT I was surprised I need tires with only 30,000 miles on them. What happened to 50,000-75,000 on tires????? How can this happen? The dealership took the time to listen to my concerns. They advised and addressed the concern that I had concerning my 2020 tundra.
