I bought a brand new vehicle earlier this year and there was some issues with the cruise control and other issues that popped up. This was all covered under the warranty. Walzer did not want to give me a loaner vehicle even though I work out of my vehicle to do my job my cruise control was not working at all because of these errors, the guy kept telling me Toyota doesn’t owe for a loaner vehicle understand that, but I’m not just buying from Toyota. I’m buying from Walzer. This isn’t the first time I’ve had a poor experience there whenever I do maintenance there it takes hours and I’m expected to sit there the whole time . More

Walser Toyota has a beautiful new facility. The waiting area is spacious with more private seating.
