Would have liked to give it a 5 star rating, but after paying $125.00 for an oil change I was shocked when I got my bill. They offered no assistance with online coupons for a discount. Had my 2022 4Runner appraised while I was there but they had no ‘25 Limited 4Runners. After this experience I will have to re-evaluate if Walser is really the best place to do business with for my future vehicle needs. More
I thought that I had completed a survey but it could have been for Carfax. I had a great experience with my latest service appointment at Walser Toyota in Bloomington where I received a complementary oil ch been for Carfax. I had a great experience with my latest service appointment at Walser Toyota in Bloomington where I received a complementary oil change and tire rotation. I was greeted quickly by a service rep and found a comfortable place to sit and wait for the service to be completed. I especially like the small "pods" where you can sit and not really have to be consciously near anyone else. There is a table for your reading material or other items you may have brought with you. And, before I had a chance to go through a few news items on my cell phone, the service manager saw my number "3" and my 4Runner was ready. Check out is also easy since you do not have to go to a separate location to pay for service. It is all handled at the service desk. Great idea. Note that this service was all free! More
