It “just so happened” that my car was suddenly ready. There was no record of the CarPlay you installed for me a couple years ago, so you couldn’t fix the issue with that. Bluetooth was fixed and I ended it not getting charged, likely because it took so long. I probably would’ve sat there for 5 hours without someone telling me my car was done. A very poor experience. More

The young man who checked me in was very polite . When I asked for approximate cost of the filters he suggested I get, he quoted the price. As usual, Walser Service was stellar. I wouldn’t trust my new Toyota to anyone else. The new service area is fantastic! I was frustrated by not being able to reach a person by phone to make the appointment, but once I got there, they took good care of me and my car.
