The final product was good. I scheduled more than 10 days in advance, so I thought it would be completed relatively quickly, when I brought it it. At the desk I was told it could take three hours so you provided a Lyft ride home for me, which was appreciated. I called after four hours and it was just in the shop. I was called that it was complete after five hours. Also, on the first call it was told the "out the door" price was $1,009. At the dealership they said I should get alignment as well, another $145.. Just tell me up front, I felt like I was being upsold at the point of sale. More
