Well the reason for a one star is I left this dealership mad as xxxx. When I got there I asked the service advisor if they could not wash the car and they agreed that they would not wash the car. The reason I didn't want it washed is because on the prior Thursday I had just washed it and but all the tire and trim shine on which isn't water proof so I didn't feel like having to do all the all over again. The one thing I cannot tolerate is people who lie to you and don't keep their word. I don't see what is so hard about being truthful. More

I was a bit disappointed in my latest service visit. I did not get the video inspection until I was told the car was ready for pickup. When I went to pick it up I was told it needed more work including I did not get the video inspection until I was told the car was ready for pickup. The notice i received from you was: Service required. Oil needs change. When I got to the service center I was told, my service agreement was expired, the car did not need oil, only tires need rotating Oil needs change.
