I was told my filters were all good. I knew the cabin filter needed replacing. The service guy apologized many times. He brought the Manager over and he didn't say one word to me. The Ma I knew the cabin filter needed replacing. The service guy apologized many times. He brought the Manager over and he didn't say one word to me. The Manager and 2 service guys looked at the filter. The one service guy said they will replace at no charge. The manager looked at the filter in the engine, didn't say anything because the service guys took. The manager just walked away. The is the first and last time I will be taking my vehicle there. More than half of the time I was at the dealership, they were selling the extended warranty and wasted my time saved. Asked sales person to follow up with me because I made a few changes. She never responde were selling the extended warranty and wasted my time saved. Asked sales person to follow up with me because I made a few changes. She never responded back to me and when I got there, she said she told me the day I came to visit. Not professional or understanding of my time and budget. More
We scheduled an appointment in advance and drove up from an hour away because we purchased the oil change package with our new car. Despite being on the schedule the service department did not have a filter an hour away because we purchased the oil change package with our new car. Despite being on the schedule the service department did not have a filter for our car and had to drive to another location to pick on up. This obviously added some time to the oil change. However even when subtracting the driving time and going in to get the filter they would have spent 90 minutes for an oil change and tire rotation. We ended up being at the dealership for 2.5 hours. On a side note we are in the market to buy another car but could not manage to get anyone’s attention inside the dealership because the employees were on their tablets or speaking with each other. Even though we literally spent at least 15 minutes looking at the used hybrid Sienna directly in front of the sales team’s desks. More
