Currently driving my 3rd new Toyota. I have purchased Toyota Care Plus on all 3 Toyotas. Prior cars have had ALL Toyota recommended service included in the Toyota Care Plus. I have pr I have purchased Toyota Care Plus on all 3 Toyotas. Prior cars have had ALL Toyota recommended service included in the Toyota Care Plus. I have problems getting all Toyota recommended service covered on my 2022 Avalon. It seems to be caused by the car purchase agreement covering Toyota Care Plus for 60,000 miles. However when the dealer started Toyota Care Plus, they told me that I could only get Toyota Care Plus on that car for 45,000 miles. They agreed to cover Toyota recommended service "in house" for the remaining 15,000 miles. At the last covered service shortly before hitting the 60,000 mile level, Walser refused to cover the cost for the spark plugs and transmission service. If coolant service is recommended at 60,000 miles (I am not sure), that was not covered either. If I would have received the full 60,000 mile Toyota Care Plus service as spelled out in the purchase agreement, I expect I would not be writing this review in this manner. More

I came in with a scheduled appointment for an oil change. I was told it was going to take about an hr and 20ish mins. It took almost hours. It's the longest I've ever waited for an oil change.
