We have had issues with Emily in the service department in the past. This required getting a manager involved. Despite requesting not to work with her again, we were again assigned to Emily. We requeste in the past. This required getting a manager involved. Despite requesting not to work with her again, we were again assigned to Emily. We requested a new service advisor and we were made to feel very uncomfortable for this request. Finally a manager again had to get involved. Over and over again this continues to be a terrible customer experience and if it was not for signing a 10 year extended warranty with them we would not be returning. As a customer we continue to leave angry and upset with how we are being treated. More

Terrible experience. From the moment I walked in the door the sales person was not knowledgeable, not helpful. The service manager was rude and condescending, and it took two weeks to get my vehicle after purchasing. My husband had to make a couple phone calls for me to deal with the terrible situation.
