A very nice renovated dealership. However service charges are on the high end. Did not get a free car wash though requested + did not hear from advisor until advised to pick up the ca However service charges are on the high end. We have had issues with Emily in the service department in the past. This required getting a manager involved. Despite requesting not to work with her again, we were again assigned to Emily. We requeste in the past. This required getting a manager involved. Despite requesting not to work with her again, we were again assigned to Emily. We requested a new service advisor and we were made to feel very uncomfortable for this request. Finally a manager again had to get involved. Over and over again this continues to be a terrible customer experience and if it was not for signing a 10 year extended warranty with them we would not be returning. As a customer we continue to leave angry and upset with how we are being treated. More
