Came in for oil change took nearly two hours and had to go remind service advisor that my car was done. My keys and paperwork were under a pile of other papers. Requested a car wash but was told that’s a 5 go remind service advisor that my car was done. My keys and paperwork were under a pile of other papers. I’ve been coming to Walser for years and the attention to detail iwas definitely lacking on the recent visit. More

A couple of issues with a used car purchase. They aren't the Walser shop that did the intake on the car but they owned the issues and took care of them. 100% satisfied.
