Went in for oil change, transmission fluid change and tire rotation. The next day I checked oil and it was at least a quart low and noticed that the tire rotation was not done. I went back to the dealers tire rotation. The next day I checked oil and it was at least a quart low and noticed that the tire rotation was not done. I went back to the dealership, they checked the oil and had to add 1 1/2 quarts. They apologized, but would not rotate tires because mechanic said he did it. Makes me wonder if transmission was done. I have a 2020 Tundra Pro. More

My service advisor was kind and that was the only good experience. I arrived at 7:45 for my appointment which started with a standard oil change and turned into an entirely different experience that took experience. I had a slight rattle coming from under my vehicle which the service department told me they could fix and did not and I was charged $120 for the same problem to continue to exist. I'm extremely disappointed in this level of customer service and I will not be bringing my vehicle back for any type of service maintenance Once I am done with my oil change package 0/10 do not recommend. It’s impersonal and asked me if I wanted to “schedule an appointment” when in fact, my appointment date and time had ALREADY been scheduled a month in advance. “Newer” isn’t always “better” when it comes to AI communication. And thank goodness you have Service Advisors because, God forbid I could actually talk to a mechanic, I mean “technician”. More
