Went in for oil change, transmission fluid change and tire rotation. The next day I checked oil and it was at least a quart low and noticed that the tire rotation was not done. I went back to the dealers tire rotation. The next day I checked oil and it was at least a quart low and noticed that the tire rotation was not done. I went back to the dealership, they checked the oil and had to add 1 1/2 quarts. They apologized, but would not rotate tires because mechanic said he did it. Makes me wonder if transmission was done. My service advisor was kind and that was the only good experience. I arrived at 7:45 for my appointment which started with a standard oil change and turned into an entirely different experience that took experience. I had a slight rattle coming from under my vehicle which the service department told me they could fix and did not and I was charged $120 for the same problem to continue to exist. I'm extremely disappointed in this level of customer service and I will not be bringing my vehicle back for any type of service maintenance Once I am done with my oil change package 0/10 do not recommend.
