We were dropped off our vehicle at 10am as we were asked to do. We were told the tech wouldn't be in until 12 (so why did we have to get there by 10?). We were told it would be done by 3. We were not contacted at all after we made the initial appointment. We had to reach out to get updates. We were offered a loaner, which we did appreciate. More

Despite having a scheduled appointment, I was not greeted promptly. The fees for routine services are grossly inflated. $74 to replace a cabin air filter?
