They do an amazing job at making sure you know what is happening with your vehicle. They also make sure you are getting the help you need. We were dropped off our vehicle at 10am as we were asked to do. We were told the tech wouldn't be in until 12 (so why did we have to get there by 10?). We were told it would be done by 3.
