I had a red flashing indicator light on my 4Runner dashboard for engaging my 4 wheel drive. I called ahead, and was told to come in for a full diagnostic. Once the service looked at my vehicle, he simply pushed a button near my sunroof that had gotten bumped, and the light turned off. Rather than simply sending me on my way, they charged me $100 for the diagnostic. Having purchased my car there & completing much of my service work I would have expected a bit more courtesy from them. More
