We were dropped off our vehicle at 10am as we were asked to do. We were told the tech wouldn't be in until 12 (so why did we have to get there by 10?). We were told it would be done by 3. Despite having a scheduled appointment, I was not greeted promptly. The fees for routine services are grossly inflated. $74 to replace a cabin air filter? Took our 2022 corolla in for the 25,000 mile service. Told to go back home since we didn't need a tire rotation. The service requested light came on the next week and back we went.
