They have done a great job keeping my 2007 Prius running over the last seven years although, when I moved back to the Twin Cities in 2017, she was already 10 years old. Service writer was great and communication was great and oil change was great. But when the tech filled the tires with air he accidentally damaged 1 valve stem which created a leak. As I drove home on t oil change was great. But when the tech filled the tires with air he accidentally damaged 1 valve stem which created a leak. As I drove home on the freeway the Blizzack winter tire deflated and was completely damaged before I could get pulled over. New tire and valve stem and installation was over $200. Accidents happen but that has never happened to me before. More

I do not like to be hit up for all this “maintenance” I need at my oil change. I am not anticipating spending that kind of money.
