I had full synthetic oil done by Walser Toyota mechanic that suppose to last 10,000 miles on my 2014 Camry. It was not done correctly or they never put the correct amount of oil in it because I checked it that suppose to last 10,000 miles on my 2014 Camry. It was not done correctly or they never put the correct amount of oil in it because I checked it because my car was making a weird noice, so I checked the oil and it was empty. I only drove it 7000 miles. Now I have check engine light. They have me pay ($180)for diagnostic to tell me it’s not covered by the warranty on my engine.They are not reliable. I’m going to the actual Toyota dealership next time. More

I had my winter tires removed and my year round tires put on along with alignment done. The only problem I experienced was the timing of the appointment. I was told I could wait for the 60-90 minute appointment when scheduling. Upon arrival I was told it would be 2 1/2 hours. However I was gifted a Lyft ride which was a great problem solver for me. I appreciated the thorough video by technician of my vehicle so I could witness the actual condition of my car. All employees were pleasant to work with for all interactions. More
