From the onset of my vehicle problem, I found Walser personnel to be very willing to help me in my options as to what the problem might be and to plan how best to make the necessary repairs. When I make an appt for an oil change, as required to maintain warranty, I didn't think I would have to double check the order, figure out why "synthetic oil vehicle" on the order actually doesn't mean t maintain warranty, I didn't think I would have to double check the order, figure out why "synthetic oil vehicle" on the order actually doesn't mean that the car is getting an oil change, and specifically request that the oil be changed. In my previous Toyotas, "maintenance required" light in the car meant it needed an oil change. In my 2023 Toyota, it means all sorts of things, including that the tires need to be rotated. So I wasted a 50 mi roundtrip trek to the dealer to find that out, 1 week after installing winter tires that obviously didn't need to be rotated. Both these trips to the dealer demonstrates why making service appts online, without talking to a human, can actually waste time, money, fuel and patience. BTW, the water dispenser machine was quite finicky. It would only work for certain employees. So I wasted their time trying to get it to supply water. But we enjoyed the popcorn. More
