I came in last year February 2023 and ordered a Titanium Venza with Java interior along with a number of other bells and whistles Heated steering wheel, air cooled seats, remote start, +). I was told that the car will take a little time to arrive. However, I should periodically check on the status of the vehicle's arrival. I checked in April, May, June ... I was told via email that I was 8th on a list, I was 5th on the list, I was 3rd on the list. Come September 2023, I was 2nd on the list. Then in October, I'm 5th on the list. WHAT!? Now, I was a little disturbed. I would call, asking for the person who initially help me setup for the vehicle but they would never call me back. I would stop by the dealership and get the run around. I had been waiting since February. Thinking that maybe if things go right. I would get my vehicle around Thanksgiving, but no word. I then thought maybe Christmas, no vehicle. Once I was told via an email that my Sienna would be here soon. Number 3 on the list. In January I was told that Toyota doesn't order vehicles to order the Toyota dealership just gets vehicles randomly. I asked then why would I put down $500 if that was the case. It wasn't until March 2024 that I was actually contacted by Toyota saying that my vehicle was now here. The vehicle that I received was not the vehicle that I ordered. Only in exterior color. Many of the options that I requested were not met. But I did not want to continue waiting so I decided that this was close enough. The customer relations is very, very poor. I've owned a Toyota vehicle since 1989. But ordering from Bloomington Toyota, I will think again before I do this. More

I bought this vehicle the end of January and got notices for maintenance the middle of April. I rarely drove it in February and early March. I didn't think maintenance would be required that soon. There was very little knowledge on the vehicle and or the process for creating the auto loan and how that would play out. On top of all of that there was a "due bill" that was issued for a dent in the ca process for creating the auto loan and how that would play out. The service center manager told me that his team just "forgot about my vehicle" and the vehicle wouldn't be ready for another week due to the delay. My advice would be that you train your salespeople correctly on what is all included in each vehicle and for them to provide more detail on who/when the bank will reach out to set up the loan. More
