Wonderful experience! Easy to schedule appointment, they were quick to service my vehicle, kept me informed the entire time and I was out of there in less than an hour. Said the repair may be under warranty but then did not update me until the fix had already occurred and said it isn't covered. When I asked where they see what is covered vs. not covered in the warranty update me until the fix had already occurred and said it isn't covered. When I asked where they see what is covered vs. not covered in the warranty so that I could be better prepared myself they said they don't know and I would have to talk to someone in sales. Went to sales and they said they don't sell that warranty anymore and to call the company myself the person who would have access to the paperwork at the dealership might not be available. Offered to call me back with an update but still nothing a week later. Very poor treatment. More
