It took 6 months for you to receive a replacement for my stolen catalytic converter but the today’s oil change was done quickly. BUT I am appalled by the cost of $91 for what used to cost about $30! Such a good visit! The service advisor that took care of me answered questions and even told me things that I didn't need to do yet to save me money. I love the video t The service advisor that took care of me answered questions and even told me things that I didn't need to do yet to save me money. I love the video the tech/mechanic sent showing the tread and break status and the filter status. He explained and showed things and it was so helpful. They were FAST too! Loved it. I brought my truck into the service center for a diagnosis on a noise that was coming from the rear differential. The final diagnosis was that the noise was "normal" for some Toyota trucks and that diagnosis on a noise that was coming from the rear differential. The final diagnosis was that the noise was "normal" for some Toyota trucks and that I should "turn the radio up" to avoid the noise. I have a powertrain warranty with Walser, and I feel that this is a direct way to avoid having to take advantage of it. I messaged the service department to further discuss this matter, but did not get a reply. An in-depth explanation of my concern would have been helpful, but that was never completed. More

Service advisor came to me 45 minutes into an oil change and told me I needed to have my rear brake pads replaced. Quoted price was $420. Quick check on the internet said cost should be $230 to $270. Then took another 40 minutes to finish up oil change. Was told it would be less than 1 hour initially and took 1:40. Will go elsewhere going forward. More
Fast and friendly, and explained everything. I liked the video sent of the service as I was waiting. Longer than quoted waiting time, but nice waiting area with areas to plug in your phone.
