There was very little knowledge on the vehicle and or the process for creating the auto loan and how that would play out. On top of all of that there was a "due bill" that was issued for a dent in the ca process for creating the auto loan and how that would play out. The service center manager told me that his team just "forgot about my vehicle" and the vehicle wouldn't be ready for another week due to the delay. My advice would be that you train your salespeople correctly on what is all included in each vehicle and for them to provide more detail on who/when the bank will reach out to set up the loan. More
