Terrible experience. From the moment I walked in the door the sales person was not knowledgeable, not helpful. I had a scheduled appointment that took 2. 5 hrs for an oil change and tire rotation. There was no communication from Brenen after the initial hour that he had quoted it would take to get back 5 hrs for an oil change and tire rotation. There was no communication from Brenen after the initial hour that he had quoted it would take to get back into my vehicle. at One hour and 45 minutes, I texted him and he said they were behind and were working on it. My vehicle was not inside the shop long enough to even melt the ice that was on the windshield. I am fairly confident that they changed the oil outside and did not rotate the tires. Usually service is slow at this dealer but not like this. The lack of communication and the attitude of how long it took was dis-heartening. Unfortunately I have many more oil changes to use there that I purchased with the vehicle. More
Needed to replace 9 year old 12 volt battery in 2016 Rav4 Hybrid. at Walser.. Inventory indicated 9 batteries ....Called Walser for appointment on Thursday, the 18th...2;20 pm.....Brought car in and checked Hybrid. at Walser.. Inventory indicated 9 batteries ....Called Walser for appointment on Thursday, the 18th...2;20 pm.....Brought car in and checked in... Dan indicated that Walser had Inventory of 7 batteries.... After an hour and 10 minutes... Dan indicated that they did not have a battery after all.... He felt bad and said he would call when one was found... On Saturday the 21th, Dan called and said that Walser had found a battery from another another dealer and would put my name on it.... So I made another appointment for this morning at 10:10 AM... Marc checked me in... He indicated that there was a battery for me... I waited for an hour and 15 minutes... Marc at that time had informed me that they in fact did not have the battery... He indicated that they were trying to find one at another dealer.... What an inventory mix up!!!.. At 11:30 AM I called my wife and went home... Marc told me he would call when the battery was found and installed... I still have not heard from Marc... It is 1:10PM.... What a mess... Before I come back a third time, I want to see the battery before they make me wait for over an hour before they tell me they do not have one.... any suggestions... we need the car this evening.... Just put the old battery back in and I will be on my way to someone else!!!! More
