My last advisor was very nice. However, I had to wait for 5 minutes while other cars were taken who arrived after me due to me being directed to pull into a different lane by an em However, I had to wait for 5 minutes while other cars were taken who arrived after me due to me being directed to pull into a different lane by an employee compared to everyone else. The rep who took me eventually apologized for the inconvenience, but even he was confused as to why all the other advisors were standing by not approaching to help me. I had an appt. as well. Also, the servicing took very long for an oil change. By the time I got my car as well, it was not pulled into the service center like the other cars so the advisor nicely grabbed it for me and drove it in. The oil change sticker was not redone since my last visit either. Kind of disappointed for the price charged. More
