I'm not clear, which car is this for? I've brought in 3 different cars for service in the last 3 weeks. This is the first I've ever seen this evaluation form. There were no dates or car year/models to help me. I've had different experiences with each car. For example, on my 7/26 service visit, I got a car inspection video. I didn't on the two previous visits. In my last 2 service visits, one car got washed, one didn't. On my 7/26 visit, the service tech helped straighten out my acount in the software. We'll see the next time I make a service appointment if the old functionality of allowing me to choose which car needing the service has resurfaced. I'm gathering this isn't the Toyota review, but a Walser review. Cheers! More
This was the first time visiting dealer after the completion of the new building. The facility is beautiful. The quality of service is first class and the people there are very helpful and nice. Went in for routine service. Got an appointment the same day. During the servicing, I got text messages with status and a linked to a video of the inspection. - I wanted to Got an appointment the same day. During the servicing, I got text messages with status and a linked to a video of the inspection. - I wanted to make sure that someone who knows the car is checking on the fluids, pads, etc. Since the dealership requires *you* to call out which service items to do, be sure to include a Multipoint Inspection. I added other services recommended by the app (which made sense and were expected). - Checkin/out was efficient. - I liked the video recording of the inspection and the report given. Will be servicing at Walser again next time. More
Wa was great to work with and the buying process was smooth. Tried to order floor mats but after 3 calls to see where they were, I gave up and ordered them online.
