Have had my vehicle in multiple times over the past few months. Initially brought it in with engine noise/drag and did 100K maintenance and new brakes. Over $1800. They said there was nothing wrong with the engine performance, even though they discovered a leak in my timing cover. They said in order to have it repaired I had to drive it 5K more miles and come back saying I saw leaking fluid? Even though it is a covered repair, they said the warranty department doesn't like to approve it (why do I have a warranty then?). I brought it back weeks later as the engine noise and lag were even worse. They agreed to the repair. Once corrected, the noise and lag resolved- so not sure what mechanic couldn't tell there was a performance issue. Two weeks ago, I brought it in for oil change/tire rotation. One week ago, my heat shield fell off. I asked why they had not found the issue with all my recent work and inspections? They said they would not have "seen it" but when they replaced it, they noticed the other shield was nearly falling down due to corrosion. So, they could see it on one but not the other? Service guy was rude and dismissive telling me sometimes people just throw the heat shield away? So why are you charging me $200 bucks to screw it back on? Baffling. Have zero faith you get top tier service, apparently, it's the bare minimum. More

The 2-yr prepaid maintenance package may not be as good a deal as I first thought. Oil changes are recommended every 10K miles, but unlikely I’ll put on 50K miles in 2 years, as I’ve driven only 35K in 3 ye deal as I first thought.
