I had to wait at least 10 minutes before someone came to assist me. My vehicle was the only vehicle to in the entrance for service. Once the 10,000 mile service was complete, the service rep went to assist assist me. My vehicle was the only vehicle to in the entrance for service. Once the 10,000 mile service was complete, the service rep went to assist another couple while I waited at my vehicle. When I asked for a printout of the work done, he said it would take a little time or he could mail it to me. He never sent anything. This also happened when our other vehicle was serviced at Walser. I finally just decided to stand by his desk because I needed to leave, and he eventually had to walk back to the mechanic to have him release the record since he couldn't check me out if the mechanic had it open. He also wasn't able to resolve the wheel noise that I came in about without a $190 diagnostic which seems incredibly overpriced. More

The service and service rep we had were 5 stars. However, when it was time to pick up the car 2 things happened. First, I was waiting for my service rep to finish with another customer. While wai However, when it was time to pick up the car 2 things happened. First, I was waiting for my service rep to finish with another customer. While waiting 3 other reps asked if they could help me. I said the other rep had my paperwork. Each said ok and went back to work. Why didn't they just go get the paper work and check me out? Second, after I was checked out by the rep, it took a very long time to get my car. Like 15 minutes! I was surprised by this wait and then a little irritated when I saw my car going thru the car wash before it got to me. The rep had asked when i checked in if I wanted a car wash, I said yes. I didn't expect to wait at pick up for this to be done. I expected it to be washed while being serviced so I didn't have to wait additional 15 minutes to get my car. I've marked service time as average because it took 1:15 minutes to rotate my tires and then an additional 1:45 to reprogram my new key that I had to wait for after purchasing my new car. More
