CAUTION ⚠️ YOUR 36,000 Mile “Bumper to bumper” warranty is no good at Walser Toyota. Charged hundreds for something that should have been under warranty (at 31,500 miles). Basically said my warranty is no is no good at Walser Toyota. Charged hundreds for something that should have been under warranty (at 31,500 miles). Basically said my warranty is no good because I had my windshield replaced xxx. The part in question is a long way from the windshield and they could find no proof the windshield had anything to do with it. Tried to speak to a manager who couldn’t bother himself to come over. He just told the service writer to say Toyota won’t cover it. I call xx or maybe Toyotas warranty really is worthless. And the worst part is Toyota knows there are multiple problems with the current gen Tundra. Do any brands actually take care of their customers still? More

I bought a 2021 Sienna with 33K miles on it, along with an 8-year bumper-to-bumper extended warranty (or until the odometer reaches 100K miles, whichever comes first). Somehow, the electronic module got fried within 3 days of purchase! Walser Toyota provided me with a brand new RAV4 as a loaner and is expected to cover the cost of a local Airbnb while my car is being repaired ($75/night; $350/incident). My car was fixed in 2 days.
