I brought my van in due to it running rough at idle. The dealership acknowledged there was a known issue but said I didn’t “qualify” for the software update because the problem wasn’t “bad enough”. The repair was a simple software update, costing the dealership no parts and very minimal labor. I ended up paying $170 out of pocket to have the software updated. This dealership doesn’t care about the safety of its customers. I have several young children and am often the only adult in the vehicle. I simply cannot breakdown and be stranded in the side of the road due to a known issue that the dealership should not repair. We will no longer be using Walser Toyota for any service or car buying needs. More
I brought my car in because the check engine warning lights were on I also asked that they do an oil change and tire rotation since I had made an appointment for the following Friday After a few hour lights were on I also asked that they do an oil change and tire rotation since I had made an appointment for the following Friday After a few hours they said they fixed the issue and did the other maintenance I drove the car 2 miles and the light came back on After another hour I was told it was due to a part not being connected and tightened Now my maintenance light comes on which leads me to believe they never changed the oil A huge waste of my time and lack of confidence in the service department More

Not easy to make an appointment with the automated system, I’m in there for an oil change and I’m being asked via text aggressively if I want to sell my new car and they will give me an offer right aw system, I’m in there for an oil change and I’m being asked via text aggressively if I want to sell my new car and they will give me an offer right away, (which I don’t actually own., my company does)The dealership folks are nice, some of the folks at the service desk need more training as they don’t seem to know their way around the computer system.
