Was only having the rear brakes replaced as I didn't want to wait over 2 1/2 hours. the service advisor said they could do both front and back in 3 hours. Very nice facility and the staff at the desk is good. The waiting room is comfortable and there is coffee and water for the customers. The bathroom is also very nice. Eddie Batheja was very helpful with our purchase of a 2024 Highlander XLE-AWD. The car was delivered earlier than expected which was a nice surprise. The price of the car was up-front and without any hidden fees, it was also less than one of the other Toyota Dealerships that we visited. Eddie presented a number of additional car services such as extended warranty, paint protection, fabric protection and undercoating without pressuring us to purchase these products. The tide-in value of our car was less than expected and the Dealership wouldn't budge on the value for even an additional $250.00. To be fair though we did trade in a 22-year old Ford Explorer with 270,000-miles that is still in GOOD running order. The only disappointment with the car since we have purchased it, is that it doesn't have the option to save driver seat settings. We use this feature all the time on or other car. This feature is only availabe on the Limited or Platinum versions of the Highlander for several thousand dollars more in cost. Walser has been a good Dealership to purchase our cars from. Our other car is a 2018 Honda CRV that we purchased from Walser Honda. More
