The car buying process was easy and straightforward. However, when the dealership brought my car out that I purchased they gave me less than an 1/8 tank of gas, and a week after owning the car the “engi However, when the dealership brought my car out that I purchased they gave me less than an 1/8 tank of gas, and a week after owning the car the “engine oil” light came on saying the car needed an oil change. I spent $40k on a vehicle the least they could do was make sure it was filled with gas and had a recent oil change. The car I traded in had a full tank of gas and had its oil changed about three weeks prior. This comes off as cheap and a lack of caring about the customer experience once the vehicle was purchased. I called ahead and made sure a part I needed was ordered and in stock. It’s hard to make time to leave a vehicle at the dealer all day. The wrong part was ordered and they could not complete the job (instal and in stock. It’s hard to make time to leave a vehicle at the dealer all day. The wrong part was ordered and they could not complete the job (installing new rear wiper motor.) Now I’d have to plan an another day to leave my vehicle. Planning to get it done somewhere else and am disappointed in this experience. Plus…. After getting new tires, they don’t put valve stem covers back on 2 or the tires. Nothing there. Had to come all the way back to get them. More

I went in to have a metal-on-metal grinding noise when braking assessed and my odometer reviewed as it maxed out at 299,999 miles.
